Let's begin by finding a comfortable and quiet space where you can sit or lie down. Be sure to attend to your comfort. Once you press the button below you will hear further instructions on how to arrange your space. This part is about 8 minutes. Take your time for yourself and commit to being in your presence for the next 45 minutes including the release meditation. This is an active and consciousness embodiment meditation that requires complete solitude and privacy.

This is best down first thing in the morning before your begin your day or before you sleep as part of your sleep routine. Keep your eyes open and your attention on your breath.

Repeat the following intentions out loud so that you can hear the vibration of your voice:
